This unit IS NOT a toy.  This unit includes a gas engine that requires maintenance and adjustments, from time to time. Some basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills are helpful in maintaining the performance of your unit.

The buyer is responsible for making any adjustments to the unit and installing any defective parts replaced by the manufacturer. All required technical support will be provided by manufacturer.
This unit requires some assembly. It DOES NOT arrive fully assembled.

- Request for return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. (Only

Damaged Items
Free replacement parts will be shipped out if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, a return for a full refund will be offered. If damage is not reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Warranty and Defective Parts:
UberScoot offers a 60 day parts replacement warranty. Gas units sometime require minor adjustments to get them running properly. Parts also can be damaged during shipping. The buyer is responsible for making any adjustments to the unit and installing any defective parts replaced by the manufacturer. All required technical support will be provided by the manufacturer. Wacky Hippo can assist you with contacting the manufacturer if you have any problems but the warranty is ultimately the manufacturer’s responsibility.
