All return items must follow proper instruction to use the return package material provided.

Return package material includes 2 cardboard boxes with custom protection foam

Disassemble the Go-Kart and place all parts in the proper box (see pictures for reference)
3.
Box 1 43x27x15 for (Main Frame, Roll cage, seat, Front wheel x2, Steering wheel and misc. items)
4.
Box 2 34x19x22 for (Engine frame, Engine, Rear Drive shaft, Rear wheel x2)
5.
Once you have the package completed, request the shipping label on the site

We will send you the return shipping label via email
7.
Package inspection for damage or missing items once return arrive to us

Refund will be provided base on the condition and if all items has been accounted for (missing item and abused usage will result partial refund penalty)
